Simply browse our products, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your delivery details and confirm your payment method to complete the order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

Right now only Cash on Delivery is accepted. Soon we will integrate bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and major debit/credit card payment systems.

3. Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere in Bangladesh?

COD is available in most regions. However, for bulk orders and in remote or high-risk areas, we may request advance payment for security and logistics reasons.

4. I didn’t receive a confirmation email—what should I do?

Please check your spam folder or message inbox. If not found, contact our support team with your phone number or email, and we’ll assist you right away. If you have an account in our system, you can easily find your order history by logging in the system and checking your profile page.

Shipping & Returns:

1. How long does delivery take?

For Dhaka city, delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. For outside Dhaka, expect delivery within 3-5 business days depending on location.

2. Do you offer delivery across all of Bangladesh?

Yes, we deliver to all major districts and upazilas. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

3. What are the shipping charges?

Standard shipping within Dhaka is BDT 60 and outside Dhaka is BDT 100. Orders over BDT 1,500 qualify for free shipping.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, we’ll share a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
